Code of Ethics – Qutrics Limited

Preamble

Qutrics Limited is an international multi-family office dedicated to the management and preservation of wealth for ultra-high-net-worth families (UHNW). Our mission goes beyond financial management: we transmit family values, prepare the next generation to assume responsibilities, and ensure the sustainability of investments and family legacy.

This Code of Ethics applies to all employees, consultants, external partners, and collaborators, as well as interactions with clients and legal partners, including Contri Avocat Sàrl. It establishes our principles, standards, and rules of conduct to ensure ethical and exemplary service at all times.

Article 1 – Strict Compliance with Internal Protocols

Every file processed by Qutrics Limited must strictly follow all steps of our internal protocol. No fundraising or investment approval may proceed without completing all required steps, including document collection, legal compliance verification, assessment of the client’s wealth structure, risk evaluation, and management validation. Any deviation or shortcut is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of the file.

Article 2 – Integrity and Honesty

All members of Qutrics Limited must act with honesty, loyalty, and transparency in all internal and external interactions. No manipulation, falsification, or omission of information is tolerated. Every decision must serve the best interest of the client and the company.

Article 3 – Absolute Confidentiality

All information regarding clients, their assets, family affairs, and investments is strictly confidential. Disclosure, sharing, or use of information for personal or professional gain without explicit authorization is prohibited. Breaches of confidentiality are considered severe violations and may result in disciplinary measures.

Article 4 – Mutual Respect and Non-Discrimination

All members must treat colleagues, clients, and partners with courtesy, dignity, and respect, regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, sexual orientation, or position. Any form of harassment, intimidation, defamation, or aggressive behavior is strictly forbidden. Conflicts must be resolved in a civilized, transparent, and constructive manner.

Article 5 – Security and Information Protection

All client financial and personal data must be protected using the most advanced cybersecurity technologies. Access is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel. Sensitive information must be securely archived, encrypted, and fully traceable.

Article 6 – Conflict of Interest Management

Any potential or actual conflict of interest must be immediately reported to management. Decisions must never favor an employee or partner at the expense of clients. Full transparency is mandatory to maintain trust and operational integrity.

Article 7 – Refusal of Inappropriate Clients

Qutrics Limited reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any client exhibiting aggressive, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. This policy protects employees, partners, other clients, and the company’s integrity.

Article 8 – Professional Excellence

Each member must demonstrate exceptional expertise, diligence, and professionalism. Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and innovation in methods and services is expected. Every decision must be justified and precisely documented.

Article 9 – Social and Environmental Responsibility

Investment decisions and advice must incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria wherever possible. Qutrics is committed to supporting initiatives that promote sustainable development, social justice, and civic responsibility.

Article 10 – Complete Transparency

All recommendations, analyses, or decisions must be clearly explained to clients, including risks, benefits, and alternatives. Contractual documents must be written in a clear and accessible manner to avoid ambiguity.

Article 11 – Client Loyalty

All actions must serve the client’s best interests exclusively. No decision or action shall be guided by personal gain or external influence. Loyalty is essential to maintain client trust and Qutrics Limited’s reputation.

Article 12 – Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All Qutrics Limited activities must comply with local, regional, and international laws, including tax, financial, and wealth management regulations. Any violation is considered serious and may result in disciplinary and legal action.

Article 13 – Responsible Collaboration with Partners

External partners, including Contri Avocat Sàrl, must comply with our ethical, professional, and legal standards. All collaborations must be documented, transparent, and aligned with client interests and company values.

Article 14 – Ethical Innovation

Innovation in services and products must always be responsible, ethical, and transparent. No initiative may compromise client security, confidentiality, or interests.

Article 15 – Individual Responsibility

Each member is personally responsible for implementing the code and maintaining Qutrics Limited’s ethical culture. Ignoring or circumventing this code is a serious violation and may result in severe sanctions.

Article 16 – Continuous Training and Development

Members must continuously improve their skills through training, legal and financial updates, and adoption of best practices. This ensures high-quality service and recognized expertise for UHNW clients.

Article 17 – Disciplinary Measures

Any violation of this code may result in: a written warning, temporary suspension, or termination of collaboration. The severity of sanctions depends on the nature of the violation and its impact on the company and clients.

Article 18 – Mandatory Process for Fundraising

All new fundraising files must comply with every step of the internal process, including legal and regulatory verification, complete collection of financial and legal documents, detailed client and wealth structure analysis, management and legal partner validation, and final approval prior to any transaction. No fundraising may occur without full adherence to this process.

Article 19 – Preparing the Next Generation

Qutrics Limited is committed to guiding and educating heirs in wealth management, understanding family responsibilities, and transmitting family values and traditions.

Article 20 – Ethics and Morality

Members must act according to the highest ethical standards, even beyond legal obligations. Any unethical practice, direct or indirect, is prohibited and sanctioned.

Article 21 – Personal Commitment

Each member commits to reading, understanding, and applying this code in all actions and decisions. They must promote a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence, ensuring confidentiality, transparency, and loyalty in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
